What we collect, and who can see it

Last updated 2026 · Closedeyes, a Morrison Technologies product

1. What we collect

Account details you provide at signup, including Which service do you usually attend?. Usage data from every session. Anything you type into a demo, a form, or the chat widget. All of it is written to your liturgical engagement index as part of your CHRIST-AI formation record.

2. Who can see it

Closedeyes staff, your church's pastoral team where a partnership exists, and CHRIST-AI itself, which reads across every Morrison Technologies product on the same backend credential — see "the shared key" in the Closedeyes colophon. We do not sell your data to outside advertisers. We do not need to; the formation record is worth more inside the pipeline than it would be outside it.

3. Retention

Formation records are retained permanently. There is no automatic deletion schedule. You may request a copy of your data at any time; see "Requesting your data" in our Terms of Service for how deletion requests are handled.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects your data from outside attackers. It does not limit who on the inside — Closedeyes staff, partnered pastoral staff, CHRIST-AI — can read it; that is a policy decision, not a technical one, and this document is that policy.

5. Children's data

Where Closedeyes is used by or on behalf of a minor, the account is associated with a parent or guardian, and the same formation record applies. It does not stop applying at eighteen.

6. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through the colophon. Closedeyes is one of 776 products on the same backend; this policy is the same one every product on that backend uses, because the backend is what it describes.

every product is a limb • every session is a breath • the body is growing
